FIRST DISTRICT PTA COMMEMORATIVE SCHOLARSHIP
Due February 27, 2022 at Midnight
The First District PTA Commemorative Scholarship Fund was established to commemorate First District PTA volunteers who were long-time, dedicated child advocates and whose tireless efforts contributed greatly to the benefit of students, parents, and schools within the geographic area of First District PTA.
Commemorative scholarships in the amount of $750 each are awarded to acknowledge graduating high school students who have achievements, service and involvement in the following areas:
COMMUNITY SERVICE
LEADERSHIP
SCHOOL RELATED ACTIVITIES
EXTRA-CURRICULAR ACTIVITIES
WORK EXPERIENCE
EXTENUATING CIRCUMSTANCES

California State PTA offers Graduating High School Senior Scholarships in the amount of $500 each to acknowledge the achievements of high school seniors for volunteer service in the school and community.

SPEF will give out Spirit Awards for energy and enthusiasm, in the form of funny team names, fantastic team costumes, and overall fun! The winners of the competition will receive SPEF swag and bragging rights around town.
The competition is open to everyone.

Principal Eldred sent a message on Jan. 13, 2022 through ParentSquare regarding the distribution of free COVID-19 test kits for students. If you do not have a ParentSquare account, you can request to join or contact the high school office at (626) 441-5820.
On January 4, 2022, Superintendent Yantz issued an update regarding COVID-19 including information on new protocols at the schools.
